Build Up System

Knowing what your mind tells you is a way of deconstructing your mental elements so you know how you feel in different situations. Asking how you are is the start of deconstruction to reach what exactly makes you feel in that way.

First, you have to throw the most primitive question to yourself:

How are you?

Ways of expression of your feelings are depended on what words you use, so the visualization of the scale of feelings is in a range of positive and negative so that the question suits everyone’s response.

Then, I roughly divided the scale into five questions to ask what makes you feel that way.

So far, I have prepared 3 questions and categorized what things or situations make you have negative feelings. The categorization is still a working progress. Next week, I will be further developing categorizations.
